Applications help us review site needs, contact details, and availability. All applications expire at the end of each calendar year.
Seasonal sites are not transferable or included in the sale of any trailer. New purchasers must apply and be approved.
In order to be placed on the Great Canadian Hideaway waiting list, please fill out the application form and submit it. If the submit button is not visible, download the completed form and attach it to an email to the address provided on the form.
We reserve the right to consider, at our discretion and without malice or prejudice, applications in random order to fill open sites. Sites are assigned based on availability, logistics, and demographics.
If you are contacted that a site has become available, you have the right to refuse that site and remain on the list until the end of the calendar year. If no site has become available, you may reapply the following year.

New owners purchasing a trailer located on a seasonal site at Great Canadian Hideaway must fill out the application form to apply for that site and must be approved.
Trailers that have reached the maximum age restriction of 20 years must leave the park when sold. No exceptions.

All reservations must be secured with a valid Credit Card.
Walk-in Guests must also provide a valid Credit Card or provide a $100 Security Deposit.
Full Payment plus an $8 Processing Fee is due at time of Reservation. Cancellations must be processed a minimum of seven days prior to your arrival. Processing Fee is non-refundable. Cancellations less than 7 days prior are completely non-refundable — rain or shine.
